Terms of Use

This page is an English version of the Korean terms. If the two differ, the Korean version takes precedence.

1. The service and its operator

Todo Dash is an app for writing, viewing and sharing to-dos and notices. It is run by Gihyun Park, an individual developer living in New Jersey, USA (the “developer”). Content is stored in the storage chosen by you or your room admin. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s consent.
• AI organizing (Gemini) is available only to users 18 or older, under Google’s terms.

3. Shared rooms

Please treat each other with respect in rooms. Please don’t post:

• Content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against others
• Content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights
• Spam, scams or malicious links
• Other people’s personal information without their permission

4. Reporting and blocking

• You can report any notice or comment. Reports go to that room’s admin, who can remove content or remove members.
• You can block someone to hide them from your screen.
• If an issue isn’t resolved, let us know at support@tododash.app.

5. Room admin responsibilities

The admin who creates a room manages the room’s storage, its members and the content in it. Keeping members’ personal information in that storage is also the admin’s responsibility.

6. Your content and the app’s rights

• The to-dos, notices and comments you write belong to you (or the room). The developer has no rights to that content.
• The developer owns the rights to the Todo Dash app, its design and its name. You’re free to use the app personally or for work, but you may not copy and sell it or reverse-engineer it to copy it.

7. Third-party services and AI

• Storage (Google, Notion, Supabase), AI (Google Gemini) and calendars are subject to each company’s terms. The developer can’t fix problems caused by those services’ outages or policy changes.
• AI organizing can make mistakes. Please check that dates, assignees and rooms are correct. If something is wrong, you can fix it right away with “Undo” or by editing it.

8. Paid features

• “Unlimited rooms” is a one-time purchase. Payments and refunds follow each store’s policy (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store).
• Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

• Todo Dash is provided as is. We can’t promise it will always work without interruption or errors. Please keep separate track of important schedules and materials.
• To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages (such as missed schedules or data loss) arising from using or being unable to use the app. The developer’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Todo Dash in the past 12 months.

10. Suspension

If you seriously violate these terms, the developer may stop verifying your purchases or providing support. You can stop using the app and delete it at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. However, if the consumer protection laws of the country you live in are more favorable to you, those laws apply first.
