Notion is great for organizing and viewing. Todo Dash takes care of getting things into Notion quickly and reminding you on time.
What changes when you connect Notion
- Capture fast. No need to open Notion, find the page and fill in each field. Press a shortcut or just speak, and the title, due date and type are filled in and sent to Notion.
- Reminders on time. As long as there’s a due date, your device reminds you ahead of time.
- Always in view. See today’s to-dos in your computer’s menu bar and sticky notes, or in a phone widget.
- Notice check-ins. Collect “Got it” on group notices, and notices come down when they expire or everyone has read them.
- Just your items. See everything “sent to you” across workspaces and rooms in one place, My room.
Notion stays Notion
What you capture with Todo Dash goes straight into your Notion database. Keep using calendar, board and timeline views, page links and search as you do now. Your data stays in your Notion from start to finish, so you lose nothing if you stop using Todo Dash.

Connect with one button
In the app, tap “Connect Notion”, choose the pages to use on the Notion screen, and allow access. Todo Dash can reach only the pages you choose. Notion connection is available in the phone and computer apps.
