Delete your account
Where you delete depends on how you use Todo Dash. You don't need to reinstall the app to use the steps below.
Accounts in shared rooms
This is the account for a room you were invited to, such as an office or club.
- In the app, tap Settings → Delete account & data → Delete room account.
- Confirm the room to delete and tap once more.
- Your account and information in that room are deleted. Whether the notices and to-dos you posted remain in the room follows the room admin’s settings.
If you can’t use the app, ask the room admin to delete it, or write to support@tododash.app and we’ll tell you how to reach the admin.
Google Drive and Notion connections
These are “connections”, not accounts.
- In the app, go to Settings → Storage & rooms.
- Tap Disconnect to remove the app’s access.
- You can also remove Todo Dash under “Connected apps” in your Google Account or Notion settings.
“Just me” items saved with “Sync across devices with Google” can be deleted at the same time with Also delete synced data on the disconnect screen.
“Just me” items on this device
Tap Settings → Delete account & data → Delete “Just me” items on this device, or delete the app.
AI key
Delete the key in Settings → Gemini key & model and it’s removed from the device right away.
The Todo Dash developer doesn’t keep your content, so there’s no data on the developer’s side to delete.
